The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a full -time ( 1.0 FTE) temporary teacher at École Brentwood Elementary School (0.5 FTE) and Crowther Memorial Junior High School (0.5 FTE), both in Strathmore, AB, for the 2024/2025 school year . The teaching assignment is for Grade 3/4 French Immersion and Grade 7-9 French Social Studies.
École Brentwood Elementary School is a dual-track kindergarten to grade 6 school that is extremely proud of the diverse learning opportunities offered to its students. Crowther Memorial Junior High School is a grade 7-9 school that believes in inspiring innovative thinkers, doers, and connectors. Teachers interested in collaboration, teamwork, and culture building are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong 21st-century teaching skills, including learning design that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, inquiry, and using technology as a learning tool.
