The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a full -time ( 1.0 FTE) Interim teacher at Strathmore High School in Strathmore, AB for the 2024/2025 school year. The teaching assignment is for a half time Academic Counsellor/half time teacher (teaching courses to be determined) .
Strathmore High School is a Grades 10 - 12 school. Their Mission Statement is about Empowering a Community of Accomplished and Caring Citizens. Teachers that are interested in collaboration, teamwork and culture building are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong 21st century teaching skills including learning design that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, inquiry, and the use of technology as a learning tool.
